EasyInspect handles sensitive property and tenant data on behalf of real estate agencies across Queensland. We take that responsibility seriously. Here's how we keep your data safe.

TLS Encryption
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. HTTPS enforced across all endpoints.
Secure Hosting
Your data is stored on dedicated secured servers. Access is strictly controlled and monitored.
Agency Isolation
Each agency's data is completely isolated. No cross-account access is possible.
No Data Selling
We never sell your data or share it with advertisers. Ever.

Encryption in Transit

Every connection to EasyInspect — whether from your browser or our mobile-friendly interface — is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). We enforce HTTPS across all endpoints with HSTS headers, ensuring your data cannot be intercepted in transit.

Data Storage

All inspection data, photos, reports, and account information are stored on dedicated secured servers in a controlled environment with regular backups and point-in-time recovery. Access is restricted and monitored. We are actively working toward Australian-hosted infrastructure.

Agency Isolation

EasyInspect is a multi-tenancy platform, but every agency's data is completely isolated at the database level. It is technically impossible for one agency to access another agency's inspections, properties, tenants, or reports. Access is enforced server-side on every request — not just in the UI.

Access Control

Photos and Documents

Inspection photos and generated PDF reports are stored securely and only accessible to authenticated users within your agency. Direct file URLs are not publicly guessable and require valid authentication to access.

No Third-Party Advertising

We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or analytics tools that share your data with third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data under any circumstances.

If you discover a security vulnerability in EasyInspect, please report it to us responsibly at hello@easyinspect.com.au. We will acknowledge your report within 48 hours and work to resolve confirmed issues promptly.
