By using EasyInspect ("the platform"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
EasyInspect is provided for use by licensed real estate agencies and property managers operating in Australia. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Queensland and Australian laws, including the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 (QLD).
EasyInspect operates on a pay-per-inspection credit model. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per inspection report generated. Credits do not expire. No refunds are provided for unused credits except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Your first 10 inspections are provided free of charge upon registration.
The EasyInspect platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by EasyInspect and protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all inspection data and photos you upload.
EasyInspect generates reports as a tool to assist property managers. Reports generated by the platform do not constitute legal advice. You remain responsible for ensuring all inspections and documentation comply with applicable tenancy laws and your agency obligations.
To the extent permitted by law, EasyInspect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the value of credits purchased in the preceding 3 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at hello@easyinspect.com.au.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
